What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 7 days after receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund for the returned item once we receive the package. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return an item.
Please note that any shipping fee of the returned package will not be included in the refund. You are responsible for the shipping fees of return.
How do I return something?
Step 1: Send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you want to return.
Step 2: Our customer service will reply you by email within 2 working days with return details.
Step 3: Pack up the item(s) you want to return and send it or them back to our warehouse (address in our return request email)
Step 4: Once our warehouse receives the package, we will process the refund within 2 working days.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchange request should be made within 7 days of receiving the items, otherwise it is NOT acceptable.
You will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost.You must return items by S.F. Express
After you select other items for exchange, we will deliver it to you by local courier prepaid.
What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?Please contact us right away at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
1) Goods returned after 7 days.
2) Goods which have been worn or used.
3) If original packaging is not included and intact.
4) Personal elastic products such as underwear, swimwear and socks cannot be returned.
5) If a product has been tailor-made or personalized in any way (for example embroidery, tailored fit or cut, personalized printing) - returns will not be accepted.
In the case of any return disputes or issues, Doppio''s decision will be final.
