1. What are the benefits of a registered account?

2. How do I place an order?
2.1) Browse www.doppios-hk.com by using the search bar, main menu, or homepage. Add the item to your bag by selecting a size and colour, choose how many you want and then click the “add to cart” button.
2.2) Checkout by clicking on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Here you can review your choices and add a coupon code. Once you are ready to buy, simply click the “proceed to checkout” button.
2.3) Choose your referred payment method.
2.4) You will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

4. Payment Method
Paypal or Credit Cards (Recommended payment method):
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. All payments are processed by encryption to ensure safe transactions.
- Bank Transfer (Hong Kong Costumers Only):
You can choose to use bank transfer by simply choose this payment method when you checkout. After placing the order, you must transfer the payment to our bank within 3 days and send us the transfer receipt through signing in to our website, WhatsApp or Facebook message.
 
5./ How long does it take to receive my order?
- Your order will be shipped within 4 to 7 working days after the payment is settled. Email will be sent to you before delivery.
- Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the next business day. 
- The order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 3 days from the day when your order is placed. If you already know that you can not pay on time, please contact us first to extend the order reservation.
