At Doppio"S, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. We offer a 7-days inspection period from the date you receive your order.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, packaging (including dust bags/shoe boxes, barcode stickers, and accessories) intact.
- Sale items, promotional items, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Shipping Responsibility:
- For defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped items (e.g. wrong size/style), Doppio"S will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.
- For all other reasons (change of mind, size/fit issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs.
- Each order is eligible for one return/exchange request only. Please inspect all items carefully upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items returned after the 14-day period or from a different order.
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or show signs of use (including makeup stains or odors).
- Items with incomplete or damaged original packaging, missing tags or accessories.
- Personal hygiene items: underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, etc.
- Customized or altered items (e.g. embroidered, cut, or printed).
How to Return
- Email info@doppios-hk.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Our customer service will reply within 2 working days with return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send via S.F. Express to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund (to the original payment method) within 2 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
- You are responsible for return shipping; we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.
Damaged / Incomplete / Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please contact us immediately at info@doppios-hk.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Final Terms
- In case of any dispute, Doppio"S decision is final.
