RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Doppio"S, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. We offer a 7-days inspection period from the date you receive your order.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

  1. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, packaging (including dust bags/shoe boxes, barcode stickers, and accessories) intact.
  3. Sale items, promotional items, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Shipping Responsibility:
    • For defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped items (e.g. wrong size/style), Doppio"S will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.
    • For all other reasons (change of mind, size/fit issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs.
  5. Each order is eligible for one return/exchange request only. Please inspect all items carefully upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Items returned after the 14-day period or from a different order.
  2. Items that have been worn, used, washed, or show signs of use (including makeup stains or odors).
  3. Items with incomplete or damaged original packaging, missing tags or accessories.
  4. Personal hygiene items: underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, etc.
  5. Customized or altered items (e.g. embroidered, cut, or printed).

How to Return

  1. Email info@doppios-hk.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  2. Our customer service will reply within 2 working days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and send via S.F. Express to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund (to the original payment method) within 2 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
  • You are responsible for return shipping; we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

Damaged / Incomplete / Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please contact us immediately at info@doppios-hk.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Final Terms

  • In case of any dispute, Doppio"S decision is final.
