Doppio"S supports instant credit card payment. Customers can enter their credit card details at checkout and complete payment in full immediately.

Accepted credit cards: VISA / MasterCard / American Express

After the order is submitted on the website, the customer’s mobile phone will automatically open the PayMe app for payment authorization.

If automatic redirection is unavailable, payment can also be made via the dynamic PayCode generated in the App.

After the order is submitted on the website, the system will automatically open the Alipay HK app for payment authorization.

If the app does not open automatically, payment can also be completed via the dynamic PayCode generated in the Alipay HK app.

Please ensure that the Alipay HK app is installed, logged in, and that payment authorization has been completed successfully to avoid any delay in order processing.

Customers may choose to pay by transferring funds to our HSBC or Bank of China (Hong Kong) account.

At checkout, please select ATM / Bank Transfer as the payment method, then:

• Keep the deposit slip / transfer receipt.

• Upload a copy of the receipt to your order email, or send it to our Facebook inbox so our customer service team can follow up.

Please note that if the deposit slip is not kept, customers should contact the bank to obtain a payment record. 

 If proof of payment cannot be provided, the transaction will not be regarded as a successful payment. Thank you for your understanding.
