Hong Kong Orders
All Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery / collect on delivery)
.Shipping fees will be paid directly to SF Express by the customer upon pickup or delivery, and will not be shown on the order total.
Available delivery methods:
SF Express Service Centre / SF Station self-pickup.
SF Locker self-pickup.
SF Express pickup at OK Convenience Store / 7-Eleven.
SF Express home delivery / business delivery.

Hong Kong Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
Shipping fee: First 1kg at HK$30, additional 0.5kg at HK$6.
Delivery time: Approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to convenience stores may take a little longer.
**Free shipping is available for Hong Kong orders over HK$1000.
SF Express Pickup Notification
The SF Express Hong Kong App (SF-EXPRESS) has replaced SMS pickup notifications.
Customers are required to download the SF Express Hong Kong App and enable push notifications on their mobile phones.
SF Express will NO longer send pickup codes by SMS.

Macau Orders
All Macau orders are shipped via
SF Express (cash on delivery / collect on delivery).
Customers enjoying purchases over HK$800 can receive 5% off
.Delivery time is approximately 2–3 days after dispatch.
Taiwan Orders
All Taiwan orders are shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery / collect on delivery)
Delivery time is approximately 3–5 days after dispatch.
Overseas Orders
For overseas orders, we use
DHL / UPS / EMS / Hongkong Postdepending on the destination.
